  Four members of my family see Dr. Reinertsen, now going by her married name Dr. Garland. We are very pleased with her professional care. We all feel that Dr. Garland listens to what we’re saying and addresses all of our medical concerns and needs. I did not feel like a number, I feel like a person. Mary, her assistant is very thorough and friendly . You can leave a phone message for Mary with any questions and she will call you back within a day, usually same day. In the several years she has been my doctor I have never waited more than 10 minutes to go back to the exam room and Never waited more than 10 more minutes for the doctor. They’re very efficient . I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. I really like that the blood lab is right on premises and there’s never a long wait. I like how Dr. Garland is a great Primary care doctor but also can do the basic GYN stuff. She refers me out if there’s a complex issue. I couldn’t be happier with my doctor and this medical group. The parking garage is a hassle but I think they’re moving to a more accessible place.

  I had been seeing Dr. Reinertsen Garland as a patient and was having trouble getting appointments with her so changed my primary care doctor to a place next door to where I worked. I changes jobs and when my insurance was renewed this year, I decided to change back to her for my care. Made an appointment last week and was called two hours before my appointment to cancel. Because I changed Primary Care physicians, she will no longer see me. I guess physicians only care about the money and no longer about the patient. Or, at least this one.

  Baptist Primary Care seemed more concerned about making money and pushing fees at me than my personal health, pushing multiple doctors visits at me, vaccines, etc. When I called billing to ask questions about the way the visits were classified (I was there for an annual checkup and was charged for a regular visit, fairly simple), the employee was very rude telling me "Well you showed up to the doctor multiple times didn't you?" She said I needed to call my appointments number to complain. When I called appointments to ask questions I was eventually rerouted back to billing to the same employee who said "You aren't paying attention, call.." She didn't quite understand that I had been rerouted back to her. And who talks to a customer, much less a patient, that way? Extremely rude and unprofessional.

  The women answering the phones were nothing but rude to me. I called to make an appointment, then had to re-schedule for later that week. I called back to verify the new appointment and not only had they not created a new appointment for me, but said I wasn't allowed to make a new appointment because I had cancelled the first one (which I did NOT do) and then they hung up on me. Most unprofessional interaction I've had in my life.
