  Not sure what the bad reviews are about. I’ve been here twice and literally everything was positive, both times. No wait, friendly front desk, great staff and doctors. The office is nice and clean, as well. A quick and painless experience.

  What happened to this place? It used to be a somewhat pleasant experience to go here with friendly staff. The Intake nurse is Intensely Rude with the bedside manner of a banshee. The doctor was nice, but not very informative. The only reason for 2 stars is Arthur, the front desk person. He is really nice and helpful.

  I’ve been here twice and have been disappointed both times. My most recent visit resulted in a 2 1/2 hour wait to be diagnosed with the flu by the nurse practitioner, who seemed to be the only person on staff there seeing patients. Her name is Deborah Grischo and she interrupted me multiple times while I was explaining my symptoms and she refused to treat me for both ailments I came in with. Apparently she can’t multitask and will only treat one issue at a time. She told me to go see my primary care for the other issue. Well, I tried to see them but they were completely booked that day and that’s why I ended up at urgent care. It was something very simple for her to treat but she refused and said she would only treat me for the flu. So I get to pay for an additional doctor visit. She also seemed annoyed that I wanted to take the flu test to actually confirm that’s what I had. I guess I was taking up too much of her precious time? Spend your money and time elsewhere. This place is terrible. I’ll never go back.

  Fast service. Very friendly. I had strep. Came in waited 2 minutes. Saw a Dr within less than 10 Mintues. Throat culture done ASAP. Scrip was given. $150 included everything.

  I am only providing 1 star because I have to. Worst experience I have ever had. Been there several times and no problem till now. This one was so bad that I can never go back or bring my family. Lied, rude, and tried to cover their mistake. Then they talk about you without noticing that you can still hear because you called them out. I will never go back and can now see why they are rated so low.
