  Have been a business owner in NKC for 20 plus years... Other banks have provided good customer care prior to Bank Liberty coming to the area. Since the have been in this location for the last 8 Plus years, working with their staff and Christine especially, I am glad we have them supporting our former business, business loans, safety Deposit box, and personal accounts. just remember, everyone has a bad day, it is the overall service that counts!

  I wish there were a rating of no stars possible. Although upon first glance staff appear pleasant, I would never choose to do banking at this branch ... ever. They simply happen to be in a prime location in North Kansas City. Bank manager Kathy speaks with authority about business and is deeply out-of-touch with realty as she charismatically manipulates customers out of their money. Christine is comfortable with being openly unpleasant to the public, and mere tellers clearly fear her. She stated to me directly that she chooses not to follow laws, which I found particularly bold. She further went on to affirm that her job description includes "hovering", unnecessarily. I suspect that the constant presence of an armed police officer in the lobby is a function of the very real possibilty that account holders have had ongoing issues with this particular branch. Without question the demeanor of upper management reflects poorly upon the brand of Bank Liberty going forward.
