  Been banking with SSFCU for 5+ years between myself and the company I work for. Never had a problem with any of their services. Plus, Personally this is my favorite branch. We go here because of the crew that works here. Natasha has bent over backwards time and time again to help us out, and she's training up an amazing staff. I'm sure this isn't the case for all branches, but if you want the true credit union experience where they actually try their hardest to do things right, go to this branch.

  screwed my car loan up and can't fix it. they charged me $5000 for insurance on a car that is already insured. i've been fighting with them for 3 months now to fix it and they won't reverse the charge.

  I can't give it a zero ......Horrible branch location 0 to no parking close by and it's all pay parking lot s a block and a half away
