::Beautiful presentation through and through. Gorgeous space with tons of history.

::Bad. We waited at the door. No one came. We sat ourselves in a booth. No one came. I made eye contact with a server at the bar and he brought over menus. The bartender who waited on us was not interested in waiting on us. He was in to big a hurry to wait for my wife to order a drink. The food was fine. The restaurant was dead, we were 2 of 7 people in the restaurant and it was obvious that the staff was totally disinterested and actually waiting on Guests. The person that appeared to be the manager was walking around the dining room with a straw cowboy hat on. The music that was playing was inappropriate for a dinner setting on a Saturday night at 7:30 in the evening. I have been to bank several times for lunch back in 2009 and 2010. This experience was disappointing to say the least.

::Mediocre at best. Food was badly overcooked. Staff had very little grasp on menu. Heavily overpriced hotel restaurant. Very slow for a Friday night in that part of town for a good reason.

::Extremely unhelpful customer service. Called to ask if any of the dinner menu items were or could be made vegan. The answer was a very, short and unfriendly "Unfortunately, no." Then silence. I thought it could be unlikely that they had something vegan, but they have 6 or 7 salads mostly made with vinaigrettes, and 4 vegetable side dishes and you're gonna tell me none of those are or can possibly be made vegan? I find that hard to believe.

::The stunning Art Deco and Classical Revival architecture could steal the experience, but the service and food are equally impressive. Loved the sense of intimacy/privacy in such a colossal space.
