  Worst experience ever never coming back to this bank or any bank of the west. They are money hungry people who wait for you to deposit your money to bounce a check and to top it off they had me waiting in line for about 10 mins so they can say they were right. Very bad customer service.

  Update: So I have been avoiding this branch like the plauge since my last review but I sadly I had to return to get some help with an issue I had. I walk in and I wait patiently in a long timely line, after waiting I am helped by on of the most incompetent bank employees, She continuously tells me she cant "see" what Im talking about and keeps telling me I'm wrong about what Im seeing. I decided to leave the branch and call an out of town branch. Upon calling the other branch I spoke with a manager and the problem was quickly resolved and my money was returned. I HATE THE FACT THAT THIS IS THE ONLY BRANCH CLOSE TO MY HOUSE. THESE ARE THE STUPIDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. The level of employee incompetence at this branch is insanity. They have no interest in serving their customers.

  Very rude teller by the name of Ashley Solterio. No hi can i help you and no thank you, just an awful stare i got from her! Very bad customer service, made me feel like i was bothering her to do her job. I will definitely be speaking with a manager! I told her twice what i wanted in cash but she never listened to me! Horrible attitude this teller had!!!

  Sam is the best! They are very nice in this bank, I will visit them time and time again.
