  These people are criminals. Actually, they don’t deserve to be called criminals; criminals have more integrity than those who run this bank. I am leaving one star only because leaving less isn’t an option. I’ve kicked rocks that have more soul than these people. 35$ overdraft fee?! Then 30$ every five days, until the account is positive?! Downright criminal....this bank might be too big to fail, but they’ve already failed those they claim to work for. To this “show me the money” bank, and all its employees.....I hope you find some compassion and learn a bit about customer service, as well.

  This bank relrders charges and fees in order to maximize thier fees. They are always right.

  Bank hours are listed as closing at 5:30pm. Arrived here on a Monday just after 5:00pm (not a holiday). Doors were locked.
