  The one lady that works there ( the bank manager) was so awfully rude to me in person and over the phone it was horrible. She told me on three seperate occasions that she had to call me back, ever of time sure enought I had to call back myself. When I asked her to cancel my card and order mr a new one she said I'll call you right back so I waited. Eventually calling her back to my surprise her being absolutely rude saying I told you I canceled it and ordered a new one. Its done she said. And of coarse 7-10 business days later like she said I had to call a different branch to get my card ordered that never was. The final straw was when I called In this morning needing help with my account and she says o were not open and you have to call back in 10 minutes and before I even say thank you, she hangs up the phone after saying all of that in a mast tone

  Worst Bank in N J . Staf are Rude. Not for Minority's people.So many rules & Regulation.I just wanna Deposit In and thay ask me all from of ID

  Jut want to know ,if anyone has a credit card, Master card.& driver's license. would they be able to get cash. but no bank account
