  Please understand that we are all busy and we don't have too much time if we want to talk to a representative. After waiting too long I had to leave today 10/17/2022. Also why is Ernesto (greeter) talking 10 to 15 min (I am not exaggerating) to a single customer when there are people waiting in line and he has to sign us in the computer. Yes, I understand every client's questions must be explained but there is a well defined line between gossiping and keeping it professional! Don't be overly chatty when there are people waiting in line!

  So slow, only one teller available for a very long line of people. Went to the drive through and still had to wait for the one teller to be able to help

  I am in total disbelief. I was in line at the drive-thru before 4:00PM, closing time, waiting patiently and when I drove up they just walked away. Good thing they don't do that at the grocery store.!!!! Or any other businesses!!! If you're there before closing, you get taken care of.
