::There is only 1 teller and the wait is over an hour in line inside. The drive up teller is never available. This location is pointless. Save time and drive the extra miles to another location!!! Just horrible! Staff had no sense of urgency or customer service to explain the wait or lack of staff

::This has to be the worst Bank of America Center ever. I have been to this location 3 times and still could not get any help. Was told to go to Collins location and I told the banker, I started to go there because this is a desert branch and you cannot get anything accomplished. He also stated that he has another appointment, I informed him that no one ever told me I could make an appt at my other 2 failed appointments. Please go to another branch.

::Terrible customer service at this branch. After 30 minutes of being in line I was told they couldn't get into the vault to get the money for my withdrawal. I do the same withdrawal at other branches without a problem. If the staff was nice I would have understood that their teller drawers did not have enough to cover my change order request. In the future I will definitely use other branches other than this one.

::I visited this bank at 9:40 on a Tuesday morning. The teller took down my name & my reason for being there (new account) and asked me to have a seat until someone called my name. There was one other man waiting. 30 minutes later there were 4 of us waiting and no one being helped. Mind you, this is a main branch office. I left soon after to look for a better bank. If this is how they treat potential new customers, I'd hate to see how they treat the ones they've already got.

::Omg...I went in to to link an online account to my husbands checking....I waited 30 minutes and no acknowledgement. It seems that the ladies that work there have not attended the lets keep our customers happy class. Unfortunately my husband has an account with them and this service assures me why I dont have an account with them anymore. We ended up driving to another branch nearby where the service was faster and efficient. If this is the way this branch conducts business then they shouldn't be open and operating. Take notes and do better if you are interested in keeping your customers.
