::I have only been inside once, but it was a good experience as the staff was very friendly. The dual drive-up ATMs are very convenient, and they are always in working order.

::I have Bank of America for many years, but the Branch in Bowie (Race Track) gave the worst bad experience, the teller are so rude with all the costumers. I went to make a payment on August 12/2022 and before me was a person whyhad a very bad service, then was my turn and the same lady was very rude with me. The worst service ever is in that branch.

::Worst customer service inside. The teller didn’t want to help us. I felt uncomfortable asking for what I actually needed and it messed up my day. I like BOA, but I will not visit this branch anymore. The make the customers feel like we were nagging when needing help.

::This unfortunately has to be one of the worst Bank of America's I have been to in recent years. There is always a ridiculously long waiting line as well as the fact that they have no more than 2 tellers working at a time with 10+ people in line. There will be people walking around stating they can do check deposits for folks, but everyone in line typically needs teller services. They never send that person walking in line to the tellers desk even with the increasingly long line of people. This bank has been understaffed for over a year and some of their new tellers have the worst attitudes! I have come to this bank weekly for years and I have seen multiple tellers in a short amount of time. I am not sure if that is because of bad management, but this problem has been continual. I went in today and they had NO tellers available! How is that even possible? You were not able to do anything with cash today. That should NEVER be a bank's position. From the prior reviews I can see that I am not the only one who feels this way about this bank. I would really like to see them turn this around and get back to better and faster service.

::Today is 12/5/19 and I must say this bank has improved tremendously. New staff are so efficient and courteous. I went into this bank 2 days in row and I could not believe the transformation , I was like “What”😃, I could not believe how these new guys were sooooo nice, smart and very much efficient. I am happy to see BOA took and action and got rid of the old crew. Good work BOA and good job to the new staff; with a special shout out to Ms. Grant. Keep up the good work. You guys make a difference.
