  They just want to open a new account for their customers and only then are overly friendly. And after that, they don't care about any questions or problems and don't try to help solve them. If you visit here,you should know why people left bad reviews. I would like to close all the acoustics and move to another better bank.

  The lady didn't understand my question (she was not listening) and I had to over explain stuff.. She reversed my check (it was my bonus, and she asked me if it was my pay check. I responded that it was my bonus. She went, "Well, your company could do a direct deposit for you). Woman, it's a bonus...... Well, due to the miss communication and what happened, now it's showing that I spent the money. hmmm I just shouldn't have gone there in person.

  Unfortunately I have to choose one star, I wish there was a choice of no star, place will deserve zero star. we've used this location for cash deposit, we had no problem until yesterday, that the location manager told us take your money and go elsewhere. I hope some one in Bank of America look at these comments and take some action -

  Could not believe the utter incompetence and lack of customer service. I had an appointment to find out why a check written on the account had been returned. An employee asked the guy helping me to assist her with a translation. He left. 10 minutes later I’m still waiting. I go out he’s translating. The woman who said she was the manager told me to wait while she helped another customer. They then told me to call BoA customer service. I insisted they call. Customer service told me to go to my local branch! Where I already was. Spoiler alert: issue still unresolved if I could give minus stars, I would! Terrible place!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in at 10am on a Wednesday. 10am is my lunch hour because I start work at 6am. Only two tellers “working” (an hour after the bank opens). I was the 5th person in line. Not too bad (I thought). Boy was I wrong! I was literally in line close to 45 minutes. It seemed that every transaction required the tellers to leave the counter repeatedly. And after every transaction was completed, instead of calling the next customer, like a good bank does, they’d disappear again for a period of time (either through a door, or walking over to another employee, that’s not helping customers, to talk). Then, come back to the counter, fiddle around for a few minutes THEN call the next customer. And ALL the people behind the counter seemed oblivious to the growing line of people. Once it was my turn, I was told my transaction (a wire transfer) had to be handled by the person in the lobby. By that time, there were approximately 20 people waiting for the two “disappearing tellers”. Exasperated, I went to the lobby line (one person working). I was the 4th person back. After several minutes, I saw the same pattern. The person leaving repeatedly. I LEFT. TIME TOTALLY WASTED.
