::NEVER enough tellers in the bank. Sometimes you’re the only customer on line and maybe even in the bank, and waiting for a teller to show up behind the counter. One time I was the next customer on line to make a simple deposit, and waited there for almost 45 min behind a guy who definitely had complicated issues that should've been handled privately in one of the cubicles. There were plenty of other workers that saw me standing there that could’ve been a teller for a few minutes, but one just came over to me to tell me to make a deposit into the machine, like I didn’t know it existed. I’m not about to deposit over $1200 in cash into a machine that could possibly malfunction and eat my money. No apologies either by the time you make it to the teller…at least in this location.

::The addition of Tara As branch manager has been a significant improvement with their service. Bank of America is still very cumbersome to work with although Tara is great.

::Had to sit and wait well over an hour for a direct deposit form. Wouldn't recommend going on a Saturday you'll be there past closing time.
