  This bank did not have enough tellers to help the long line of people waiting at 10am. This bank opens at 10am which is late to help anyone with a real job. The workers inside just stood around instead of helping the 1 teller with a long line of people. Customer service at bank of America is definitely lost. It's unfortunate. Not worth the 1 star in my opinion.

  Waiting time is too long 6 customers on line 1 teller helping customers. There was 5 more employees doing something else?

  This bank only has one teller who works a window. It took me an hour to see her the last time I was in there. Other bank employees walk up to you while you’re in line and ask you what you need help doing. Not only is the person always loud the building echoes. I’m sorry but I liked it much more when bank employees respected a persons privacy when it came to money transactions.

  They are open but no bank teller working inside. They had two "receptionist" outside as if we came to In-n-Out asking what they can help me with but they couldn't even help me, nor all the other customers standing outside.

  This bank is the same as the one on Oswell! You have enough money to sit in your comfy chairs but not enough to make sure you're fully staffed? You have employees trying to get me to sign up but how do you expect me to be with your bank of you can't even spend your own money wisely to have a full staff?! It's down to two teller, had to wait 30 minutes to get through one line of seven people. I get its not the staff problem but perhaps management or the higher ups could have the decency to hire on some more people!!!
