  Peak hours from late morning thru mid afternoon this location is always packed, there is only 1 teller and the manager patrols the bank cluelessly, ignoring the groans and comments from customers. Long lines and multiple people sitting waiting have no effect on employees. 🤷🏽‍♂️

  Horrible branch in Bridgeport. Extremely long line outside the bank and inside the bank as well. 2 out 4 windows are open and staff here just stands around like statues. They have no consideration for their clients who hold their money here. No other major bank does this to their clients

  I wish i can make less than one star review. This branch of bank of America is the worst banking service of my live i have seen . More than 50 customer are waiting in line and only one window is open for service. More the half of the employee are walking around and doing nothing. I am done with my business with them i moved my account to chase better service no lines waiting

  I went into this location yesterday with my best friend who wanted to open an account with Bank of America. We had to schedule an appointment prior to being seen which we did last week. When we got there one of the bank representative came from his office after hearing us tell the security guard the reason for our visit. He then begins to explain to us with an attitude how we filled out for a wrong appointment after viewing our appointment confirmation. We had scheduled for a business account not a personal account. He then said “show me how you scheduled your appointment so I could show where you made your mistake.” At that point I was so frustrated from the mans attitude and how he was trying to belittle me. eventually, I got tired of going back and forth with the representative and it was clear he was not trying to help or find any other alternatives.I told my friend let’s go try my bank ( may I add took us, helped my friend open an account, and treated us with respect) that’s when the guy try to offer us a faster way to reschedule an appointment to open up a personal account. Honestly which was a joke to me after being treated so poorly and now he want attempting to get our business. I wouldn’t even have given a star for the poor customer service I was giving but I do give a star ⭐️ to the security guard for his customer service. #don'twasteyourtime

  I had a 3 O'clock appointment. The place was packed out. I did get their 15 mins late but the amount of people that were waiting you can tell they were waiting a while. There were only 2 Accountants and both were helping people. One of the accountants were dealing with a lady who had to handle a couple of things with the teller first and instead of taking the next person she waited for the lady who had to wait on a long line to see the teller and then took care of here. I sat there for 45 mins waiting to be seen. Instead of being told we are behind and its going to be a while maybe another day is better i was told to sit and wait. After sitting there for 45 mins with people still waiting before me and the two tellers still with the same people I decided to leave and will not return to this location.
