::The worst of the worst it takes them planing very time consuming just to figure out if the should wait in appointments or walk-ins bin hear for aproxcimently 1hour 45min and counting have no choice but to wait now never waited this long in a bank befor for a wire transfer

::Horrible horrible location don’t ever go here this manager needs to be fired. Only 1 bank teller working on a Friday afternoon and the manager just walking around not doing anything. I just walked out. Felt really bad for the little old lady standing waiting in line for the 25 minutes I was there for.

::Went to take money out of the ATM- to find out my money was stolen. Someone went to the bank 2 hours before I got there and stole all my money! When I called B of A, they said someone took money out in PERSON at this location. So someone is stealing card information, then creating duplicate cards to have access to your account. This happened to my sister too. We weren't sure how the money was taken. But now we know these ATMs are stripping people's card information and people are taking all their money! I only use my card at this ATM, as it's my secondary account- and I only use it 2 times a month! I take all the money out and put it in my secured bank account. So I know this branch is where my information was stolen. This happened to me on 5/31. The day before rent & other bills were due. I almost feel like it was an inside job because the money came out the day I got paid. Don't use the ATM's at this branch!!

::2pm and they only have one teller open. Waited in line 5 minutes and and only one person was helped. Three people including myself left because the line was not loving. This location never has more than 2 tellers open and you can always expect to wait 20 minutes at least for service. I’ve never seen more than two people in line at any other locations. The center in Brea never has a wait, they always have at least 4 tellers ready to help. This location is in need of some serious help and new management. There is also always homeless people camped outside in the parking lot.
