::Scheduled an appointment to open an estate account for recently deceased parent. Waited ONE HOUR past the scheduled appointment start time- Why even have appointments? Assigned agent completely unknowledgeable, I don't even think she knew what an estate account was. Could not answer basic questions. End result, I was told that BOFA could not open this account- Because my parent had resided in another state. Not another country, another state. And, the documents I provided from this state's court are enforceable in any state, pursuant to the full faith and credit clause of the US constitution. Learn your business, BOFA. Maybe take "of America" out of your name, since you can't serve other states?
