::Consistently bad customer service. Hour long wait to see a teller. Addressed long wait with manager and she could care less. Time to change to a different bank. They couldn’t be worse than B of A

::The banker Seema was amazing . I give her 5 out of 5 , she definitely should be getting recognition. She knows her stuff really well and mentioned all the details of checking and saving acct. great customer service. No complaints at all. Thank you !!!!! The reason I’m giving 3 is because of short staffing and time. I was there from 11 am till 230 pm. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t think it would 3 hours and now I’m late to pick up my kid . Also I was very surprised that this location does not use face shield for individual who are deaf/hard of hearing . American disability Act. I read lip really well and I was expecting staff at least have face shield for people with hearing difficulties. Also this location is very busy so bank should definitely have two tellers or 3 minimum at all times… this shouldn’t be surprise. It’s what expected in busy location I do understand encouraging customers using mobile and online services but remember it’s important to have staff available to assist customer when choosing not use those services .

::Second time at this location over the last month that I’ve had issues with a new teller. This time I was given incorrect change AFTER WRITING IT DOWN! Waited 45 minutes in line and didn’t have time to verify she counted correctly. Really Annoying and of course they are closed by the time I have an opportunity to count myself. I understand it’s covid but in the 30+ years banking with BOA I’ve never been given incorrect money. Not once. With so many closed locations, time changes, etc it really makes me question if I should be banking with Bank of America.
