  Went here to stop by and have my last name changed, I was told to walk in with the appropriate paperwork and it would be no problem. When I got here I was greeted and told a women would be with me shortly. After waiting 20 mins she came over to tell me she had a meeting and would not be able to help me and asked if I could schedule an appointment and come back later. She informed me no one else would be able to help me there either. Definitely do not recommend going here.

  Very professional and warm staff. We needed to notarize few documents and Julie was simply superb. The teller was also very helpful in providing important transfer information. Best ever service in any BoA branch....Absolutely recommend!!!!

  Absolutely useless service - was told wait for someone to see me - no one came - went back to the teller and then they said I had to sign in for an appointment. Then told to wait again. This is a large bank with only a couple of people working here - just horrible service. Makes me want to move my accounts to a bank that is at least a little organized. Avoid like the plague!
