  If I could give less than 1 star I would. Banking with bank of America and this branch specifically has been the worst experienceive i have ever had. They are highly unprofessional to a point of disgust. I would never in a million years refer anyone to this bank ever. No one knows what they are talking about and all they do is pull things out of thin air to make it seem as if they knew what they are talking about. The amount of issues and stress my family has experience because of this bank is awful. I can not wait to close my account with them. ABSOLUTE WORST BANK. 100 % UNPROFESSIONAL. They should be ashamed.
