  If you need another reason to hate Bank of America, three ladies refused to get me a replacement debit card without an appointment. I then drove a mile down to the other one on 82nd where they promptly helped me. Sorry, I asked you to do your job.

  The tellers are not very friendly at all. The always seem to be pissed off no matter what time of day it is. I never have to wait in line long though which is nice. Really annoying that they open at 9:30.

  Had to make an appointment when the place was empty...not doing business with them, poor customer service.
