  Stay away from BOA. Customer service is worthless, sound like high school dropouts reading from a script. They also started to charge me $5 a month for my savings acct. I have had this for years and out of the blue they take money out of my acct. When I signed up, they told me checking and savings were free with direct deposit, but I guess they have to find a way to steal more money, since they were caught opening accounts in existing customers names, so illegals could process their checks at the bank ,(for a fee). Update: went to the teller assisted ATM in Plymouth MN to get money. It was not maintained and I slipped. BOA representative "Nancy" says they are not responsible for maintaining the area around the ATM, and said that BOA will not disclose who is responsible. I had surgery today to repair the torn achilles tendon and will have to go to the dentist on Friday to get two of my teeth capped. So not only does BOA open false credit cards, and open other lines of credit in their customers names, they also lie and refuse to take responsibility for the dangerous conditions of their property. I wasn't going to sue if I received an apology, but I feel that they need to take responsibility for this. I don't need the money, and have excellent health care, but I will find an ambulance chasing attorney tomorrow that will end up costing them a lot of money. I will drag this out for ten years if I have to. If anyone knows a really aggressive attorney in MN, please post his/her name and #
