  Great bank with very friendly staff. Don't go during the late afternoon rush before they close at 4:00pm because the lines get very very long.

  Ever waited 40 minutes when there are 7 people in front of you on line? Yes, at Bank of America where they only ever have one or two tellers. I would do 0 stars if I could.

There is a ATM/Only on Eastern Parkway and Utica Ave in Crown Heights 24hr/ No Teller The Next Full Service Bank of America is located on Fulton and Jay Street Downtown Brooklyn close to Adam Street before Court street. These location can get very crossed very quick so prepare urself to have to wait

  Absolutely the worst experience, 53 min wait to pay a bill. 2 tellers no sense of urgency and 4 customers service reps. Wow!! I guess it normal for customers to wait that long. No one ever showed concern for the long line over 18 ppl. What ever happened to great neighborhood banking
