  The worst bank ever, they don’t care about how long the line is, just having one teller and the manager is just walking around like a useless person in the bank

  There should not be 1 bank teller for 30 people waiting in line. It takes about an hour to go through 10 people. I spent 1.5 hour in line. My time is valuable and will most likely be taking my money to another bank instead. Update - Clearly I do not need to use the ATM or mobile app otherwise I would have done so. It's a shame that Bank of America has become the "Walmart" of banking.

  Terrible customer service. Only Bank of America that I’ve been to that won’t exchange bills for coins because I’m not a member. Been able to do this throughout CA and the US.

  They have no customer service skills. Lines are so bad. They only have two tellers at all times. When you ask a manager to help you get a answer oh the other person is on break and will be back in 5 min. When the person does come back next one leaves. I get it people need their breaks but that's when managers need to step in. Every single time there are 20 or more people are waiting in line.

  The worst bank I've ever entered. Long lines, long wait times with no bathroom available. The architecture is brutal and the interior design quite dated. No employee acknowledged my presence, rather it seemed they actively avoided talking to me.
