  This is one the best Bank of America, great customer service. The teller was so nice and very helpful, also there is drive thru you can easily withdraw money from the atm without getting of your car!!!

  Wierd layout. You have to walk in and go around a corner to tellers where you feel boxed in. The only positive is that they have parking and a security guard posted outside by the back. Was greeted by floor manager coming in and told to have a nice day on my way out.

  Excellent customer service, Liz Paz the branch manager helped me with my personal account and followed up with me after. Very professional and caring.

  Recently stopped in this new branch very diff layout for specific reasons very friendly service Yolanda helped me open new savings very knowledgble very clean and new branch even has parking lot which very hard find in queens new atms also would recommend
