::The worst manager at this branch EVER!! She should NOT be working in customer service period! She was trying to bully me into using my daughters savings bonds to make my checking account balance positive! I initially wanted to cash them, but I changed my mind after finding out the bonds weren't at their full value and since my account was negative, she didn't want to do that. I gave $50 for my account because that's all I could do right now and planned on making payments, but she was NOT compassionate in the least! She embarrassed me by talking down to me and letting EVERYONE know my business!!! I've never felt so belittled in my life! I will be closing that account after I make my balance positive. If that's the kind of people they hire to represent their company, I don't want to have anything to do with them! She's very lucky I'm a God fearing woman and I'm going to pray for her, but I have to let the public know since she is a manager and SHOULD know how to handle customers with respect.
