  Bank manager Suhani literally rolled her eyes when I explained what Bank of America customer support had told me to do. Blamed their own team, wouldn’t help a customer in any way.

  This branch location is the worse! I waited in a long line (only 2 tellers open) to get change for laundry, only to be told they did not have quarters. Clerks could not explain how that is or showed any sympathy. This is yet another let down here. The bank is either closed when I need it, super busy when they’re open and understaffed, or they simply can’t /refuse to help their customers. Take your business elsewhere.

  I was very worried about the bad reviews before visiting them. But my experience today with Suhani was fantastic. She's professional, kind and friendly. Every process with her was smooth and quick. I'm very satisfied with today's visit.
