  El servicio es bueno, pero los días más concurridos hay poco personal atendiendo a los clientes, y eso crea mucha demora, eso yo creo que deberían solucionarlo...

  Worst customer service ever experience. Location manager don't know how appointment work she skip people who have appointment and do what she want. Never coming back to this location agin. Had an appointment at 3.30pm came here at 3.20pm in advance now 4.10pm still waiting outside.

  I cant believe how unorganized and how unprofessional the people are who work here. They didnt even try to resolve my issue, i had to keep giving them suggestions on what to do. They are very busy and have one woman helping to see customers. I will not return to this bank, and have decided to open an account at chase bank instead.

  besides the ATM'S being trash the service inside is amazing
