::Opened an account with this branch a few months ago and was very disappointed by the level of service provided by the branch manager, Corey Niswender. When asked about issues he was disrespectful and left the conversation abruptly. I waited to speak to him again and his attitude had not changed. Issues were not resolved.

::This not really a review for this specific branch but mainly BoA policy. The bank itself is nice, has a waiting area and available ATMs. I came here after having my debit card stolen. I had already cancelled it and checked my account was not really worried and came to get a temporary card and order a new one. The person that helped me was quite nice and efficient. I was in and out in record time. The main problem was that they charged me $5 replacement card fee!!! I guess its the start of fee charging. I was disgusted after my card had been stolen! Bad move on the part of BoA. I will probably be searching for a better bank soon with fewer inconvenient fees.
