  Worst experience ever. Went there to close my debit account, it took almost an hour to get things done. First needs to go to the basement to wait in line to withdraw all your money, rude service. Then go back to the first floor to wait for another line to meet a "professional". She asked which bank I am using now, how my credit card from other banks works and other irrelevant questions to slow down the process. Will never use BOA because of this.

  Why are there only two tellers with 15+ customers waiting?! This happens almost every time I visit this branch!!! Ridiculous!!!

  I requested an ORIGINAL bank statement for a specific month; they printed several months bank statements with out signed or stamped. When I asked "Are these original copies? I can print out from the online bank myself". The banker said, yes, they are original. I have no words to say. Worst services! No professional at all. Waste of my time waiting for the piece of paper.

  everyone is rude i mean everyone. from the person in front to the tellers to the private associates. why? this place needs an overhaul of staff members. i closed my account today
