Offensively understaffed. Coming here and waiting 10-30 minutes to get laundry quarters is the worst part of my week.

Hot parking tip: enter from the other side of the place on Cheney Ave and park behind the building. Overall: Understaffed, not well maintained, and dangerous enough to warrant a guard at the entrance apparently. It's slow, inefficient, and hard to get service. Once you can actually talk to a human it's fine, but man is that hard to actually do!

I came to this branch after my accounts were scammed. I was told by BofA to go to the branch, open new account and transfer my funds to a new account. The associate told me he couldn’t open new acc and transfer my funds. All he did was to give me phone number which is disconnected. He called it and knew it’s disconnected. I asked if he could help me to get access to my money , he said no. 2 days later I went to the branch on College Ave in Oakland. The associate there open new accounts, transfer my money , order a new debit and credit card and was very surprised the previous associate refused to open a new account. This place is a joke full of unprofessional, ignorant people. If I could I would give 0 star

Every time I come in there’s a long line and never enough tellers. Might be time to switch to a credit union? Update: I’ve now watched several people get frustrated with the wait and leave the bank. This is awful service.

6 people waiting in line and five people working in the bank at this time, You would think they could start another teller to move the line along. Bank manager says no one else can help us help. Just wait 10 more minutes. It's already been 15 10 minutes later and now there's eight people in line. Still only one teller.
