  I waited almost a month for my card just to know that it was shipped to the wrong address. Worst Service at this place! No intention what-so-ever of helping me get a temporary card. Bad service, to top it off there was about 15 people in line and only 1 person attending. Another guy was there but was not attending customers?!. Seriously?! I personally would not recommend wasting your time here guys. I will be changing banks as soon as I get all my money out this bank!

  Worst experience EVER. these people don't have a idea of what they're going, I waited on line for more the 30 minutes, the cashiers are just talking or playing around, they don't care about customer service, the manager it's just walking around he doesn't do anything to move the line, like wft. So disappointed of this location.

  My rate to this place is a -0 rate super horrible place theyre using ur money but they dont give u the satisfaction service they dont care !!! All they care is ur money ....if u wanna get stress come to this place and youll get all the stress in the world ...guaranteed!!!!

  Only 1 teller on duty absolutely ridiculous had to wait in line 20 minutes with a lo g line behind me. Not sufficient. Poor customer service making people wait that long.

  Well if you don't have any plans for a couple of hours go there and do any small transaction you'll be in line for hours
