  This location/branch is horrible!!!! The wait is always long, the tellers are are not progressional or organized they hire people are constantly hiring new tellers and ones who can't speak/understand English. I waited 45 minutes on a Saturday and was extremely displeased by their nonchalant attitude of the long wait.

  A company this size should have at least 2 ppl by the window. I've been here for 50 min for a deposit.

  Today I entered this location at 1p.m. And I was shocked with the line I saw, it was huge, almost out of the door...and of course only one teller was working.waited about 30 minutes in that line and when finally I walked to the teller window not in a very good mood after 30 min of waiting I asked her why everything is so slow and why other 10 people who worked at this bank and was going back and forward while the crowd was waiting on line couldn't help her, she told me to talk to the manager if I'm not satisfied with her service. But since I was waiting for so long already I decided not to spent my time anymore and just finished the business I had at the bank.then the teller told me that I filled the wrong paper she through the pen at me and told me to go fill another one...that was the end of my patient.i gave her pen back and just left this bank.on top of everything I got $115 ticket.so thank u very much for a very "fast and productive" business.
