  This is the most abominable excuse for a financial institution I have ever encountered. The incompetence is unimaginable. A complete failure of training.

  Nine out of ten times we never had to wait long for service. It's just dumb-luck that they will or will not be busy

  I usually have to wait 30 minutes to receive a service!!! Staff is nice and the bank manager is extremely polite and professional.
