::Wow. What a horrible branch. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Thankfully the Dearborn branch had me in and out in 5 minutes and offered me the customer service that this branch should have offered me to begin with. They need to hire nicer people and or just shut this one down completely.

::My debit card information was stolen and I needed a temporary card to access my funds. With nobody in line in front of me, I was told by the teller that she "couldn't guarantee my wait to get assistance would be less than 45 minutes, because one of the tellers is on break." Absolutely unacceptable, pathetic customer service. Will never step foot in this branch again.
