  In from out of town and looking for a personal banking branch - women at the front desk basically laughed and said it’s across the street. Nope. When I returned they thought it was funny that they knew there wasn’t a location there. Been banking here for over 20 years- funny how one experience can burn a business and personal banking relationship

  This place used to be ok, now there's only one teller and a visit takes no shorter than 30 minutes. And even though theres one teller there's a bunch of other people walking around doing nothing, asking you the same questions over and over again. Completely ridiculous
