  I was here earlier today to open up a personal checking account. I left because a very uncomfortable situation in how a personal banker failed to appropriately communicate to the other associates(tellers). IF you want your associates to properly and accurately communicate a situation you should lead by example. From my standpoint as a potential client I had to witness how disingenuous the personal banker was in how she treated the tellers beneath her, not to mention how disrespectful she was to them about how to communicate issues more properly with others... as i said lead by example. I felt sorry for the client sitting in her cubicle because she seemed very fake. As I mentioned to the other associates being in management for a period of years, that is not by any means how you should conduct or lead your team.

  I waited over 20 minutes to be assisted and walked by on multiple occasions and no one even looked my way! Horrible customer service every time I come in this place. You need to hire a new staff!

  Very very slow all the time! Only one is helping customers and the others are just talking and standing there.
