If I could rate this bank less than a one star, I WOULD. The lady with the chest tattoos was UGGGH! I came in with a paycheck; she verified it, had me sign it, then told me i Couldnt cash it!! WITH NO FURTHER EXPLANATION. I left, made a few phone calls then I went back the next day or so, to a different teller; Well she didnt know what to do so she asked the same lady from previous. The previous rudely said "Oh yes I remember her" & called her manager just for her manager to do the EXACT SAME THING, reject it with ZERO explanation & just as rude!!

Wow... I do not normally come to this bank. I came to remove someone off my acct with the person with me. They wouldn't do it because they didn't have a notary. Can't do it online either. It takes 5 minutes to sign someone up to be a notary. I am a notary. I know. Why in the world would a BANK not have more than one notary working for them. This is a sign of poor management. This bank should be reviewed and managers trained better or fired. Their job is to MANAGE that bank...and it is not managed to do the business it should.

Teller Debbie was very rude!! Went in to make a deposit for my Dad, who is in Mexico, and I didn't have his account number. She was not willing to help what so ever, even though I had give her my dad's address, DOB, and last deposit I made. She had an attitude and smirk on her face, like she was enjoying not helping me. I had to make a long distance call to Mexico just to get his account number, and once deposit was made didn't even say Thank You or have a good day. What makes me so mad is that I work at a bank and I know that with the information I gave her she could of just made the deposit.
