  Worst service. I have been a BOA member for several years. I could say, hands down, the worst service I had. Waited for 50 minutes for Notary signature. One notary at this location attending a customer for more than an hour and she knew I was waiting and could have taken a break for 5 minutes to sign my document. Didn't do that. Needed to go to another location to get signature. EXPECT THE WORST SERVICE

  this bank has stole over $2400 from me. they have allowed someone to come into their office pretending they are me. I have reported this bank and the actions of this bank to my local authorities. Bank of America closed my account after they knew my disability check was deposited to the account. I was told my account was closed in November 2016 and that I cannot access this account. on December 1st 2016 the ATM took my debit card. I reported this to the bank. they lied an said I have not but I have personal audio and video to protect myself from this bank's actions. they said my payee had came into this bank a deposited $450 twice into the savings and $450 into my checking. 1st of all who the hell is my payee? I set up this account by myself. there was no authorized users but myself on this account. then I was being charged $ 24 per returned check and additional $12 for fees. they had already took their payments for the fees in Sept 2016 $179, October 2016 $ 214, November $ 279 and December 2016 $ 286 plus $214 for a savings account I did not open. it is sad that I was referred to this bank by social security administration as a protection bank but they were the ones who stole Christmas and my rent money for December 2016. over $ 800 i needed to keep a roof of the heads of my family. i have a job but the struggle is real when the people you trust take advantage and brush it off like it's their money to be played with.

  I feel bad for this branch-horrible! Teller is rude unapprochable! You ask her she will give it back your question what a communication skills - rude!

  I have been a customer with Bank of America for almost 3 years, with a considerate monthly average balance, and have had no problems, I am upset that when I needed a simple Notary for my business of another partner that "did not have an account with bank of America" and therefore the associate could not Notarize my Lease for my business, I was shocked! I am a business woman and believe this is very bad practice on Bank of America's part and I hope they can change their rules next time. (there won't be a next time for me) I now bank with US Bank, and they had no problem giving me a Notary of my partners signature.
