  I am a regular here....usually the managers know me and allow me to go in the back to the safe box without waiting in line because I'm not doing any transactions, just going to the safe box. On Thursday, manager Roberto was already in the back serving a customer. While Roberto was letting the customer out, Edwin asked him if he could let me go inside next without waiting in line since I'm a regular and I'm not making any transaction. Instead of providing awesome customer service like the other managers do, Roberto said no...and even when I asked him he said "you gotta wait in line". So I waited in line for 45 minutes since they only had 1 teller working right before closing time rush! I'm not saying I'm a big shot and don't have to wait in line...I'm just saying that if I'm a regular and they regularly allow me to go in the back without waiting in line, allow me to do that again....OR hire more tellers to work during closing time rush! Hope this guy Roberto learns more about customer service in the future SMH

  Had to come inside to conduct my business and it is a pay day line is at the door and there is one window open just one. Makes no sense I know you don't want your customer to come inside but this is ridiculous.

  Usually Bank or America is one of the safest, nicest banks out there (based on my experience) but this branch through the whole image back to gutters. I been to this branch 4 times and all 4 times, I witnessed huge chaos as no one knows what's happening inside the branch, In last 2 occassions, I have to tell manager to put more staff behind the counter as the staff was sitting on table whereas they hardly have any customers on their side I wish they can take their work more seriously

  Convenient to downtown. Just always busy and only one teller open.
