  Won't allow you to deposit cash only a check or a money order. It is their policy now. Teller blamed Trump. When I pressed what policy Trump made they said it is all Bank of America, they have a policy. Stupid.

  This place is a joke. I cashed my checks here every week they hassled me Everytime to start an account I finally give in and the very first check I deposit they put into processing. I just had a house fire and lost everything and am staying in a hotel which I now can't cause I can't pay for it cause this joke of a bank wants to play games. Go anywhere else.

  I have been waiting on a customer service rep for about an hour , it was terrible one of the worst banks I been to period , I don't live in Newburgh but if I did I would be horrified that this is the only one 😱😱😱👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

  I hate walking in there and being bombarded as soon as you walk in the door about what you're doing. The accounts people there talk to you as if you're stupid and don't know how to do anything. When you say that you can't get the exact amount out of the ATM they get nasty with you. If they offered any other denomination of bills in the ATM besides $20 maybe I would use it more. Also because of this I usually go to a different branch that is out of my way just to avoid being interrogated as to what I'm doing to access the money I have in their bank.
