  Well Today March 3rd; a Friday, the Bank line inside and out were long But what did it for me was on the inside with the line being long out the door Only one teller a young black woman that was working so hard and so fast to get the customers out God Bless her The other employees walking around looking at the line not assisting her!!!!!!! I am black woman I was offended they we’re working her like a SLAVE!?!?!? I see why the overall rating for this branch is 1star Management needs to do better customer service needs to be better everybody wants a survey well here it is YOUR Branch Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Corporate is next to here from ME!!!!!

  I get very bad costumer service looks like nobody have experience to add my wife for my account and I stay over 45 minutes to get my appointment very bad shut the close this bench

  Bank of All Day. Always a long line. Park where the shade is GOING to be in 30mins. Need a laundromat next door.

  I felt that the bank was not interested in solving my problems; instead the people were too eager to shuffle me to somewhere else. I sensed a lack of customer service, and even basic listening skills. I am disappointed with the service I received.

  Yeah, looks great, 👍 nice remodeling, etc. They're helpful, only took 2 hours to get another 💳 depit card for ATM. Ordered by mail 📬 & never arrived.. ALWAYS CLOSED. Hey, it's Corona, CA.. 😎 I grow to expect this now
