Some of the most off-putting building maintenance and security officers I've EVER encountered. 1 - Our contact in the building never told us that we needed to use the freight elevator. Fair enough. It wasn't that, it was the hard line, militaristic tone and physical demeanor that carried that information which was the issue. 2 - Security made us feel like we were not supposed to be "mingling" with the building patrons. 3 - Your loading dock sucks. No ramp. Right. Cause delivery and pickup people are less than and should be required to queue to get into the loading dock and be happy about it. If you have your offices in this building. Congratulations.

They have been extremely rude to me and inconsiderate an yet still have the nerve to ask me if i wish to open an account with them.. sure as hell NOT if your gonna treat me like dirt before the fact. if im coming in to cash my payroll out then i am a customer the same as any account holder and am owed the same consideration as one

Managers walking around talking to each other and one teller actually working. 10 to 12 customers are waiting in line to be served. Two customers just walked out. This branch and this bank have the slowest service of any bank.

While the people at this branch are always friendly, prepare to wait in line at least 10 minutes before receiving any help. I typically visit the bank in the morning, during regular business hours, and there is usually 1 teller at the desk. If you go at noon, prepare to wait 15 or more minutes in line behind perhaps 5-6 other individuals. Nice folks, but it would be better if they could trade one of the 2-3 security guards for a teller.
