  ZERO STARS for this location. My mother has a rare disease Huntingtons disease that makes her physical appearance look different than others. We went in to cash her check just like she does every month. I decided to take her to this location since we were near by. They would not cash her check and accused her infront of everyone in line that she forged the check. The manager Fakrieh D, would not help, she said nothing matched up from previous checks cashed and she would not cash it. She had poor customer service and embarrassed us infront of everyone! She made us look like criminals trying to commit fraud! I am disgusted on the way she handled this situation and made a formal complaint through B of A customer service. We went to another location and they cashed the check no problem. They said everything was completely fine, the signatures matched up from previous checks no problem. SHAME ON U FAKRIEH.

  I went to this location to open two accounts. Years ago, I left Bank of America because of their atrocious "maintenance fees" and horrible customer service. Apparently, nothing has changed. As I walked in yesterday, I waited in line for 10 minutes to speak with a teller because they only had two at one of the busiest times of the day, then waited another 25 minutes to speak with someone to open the account. I tried to look past it. When I finally met with someone, they said they were going to charge a $12 monthly maintenance fee on these accounts, which could be waived if two certain, random conditions were met. I don't know about you, but I'm not in the habit of paying $12 a month to wait in line for 35 minutes out of my day. STAY AWAY FROM BANK OF AMERICA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. And if you already have BofA: LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

  Don't come in on Saturday. Only one teller working. Doesn't have authority for a lot and had to keep pulling manager to show her how to do things. 30 minutes waiting for 6 people in line. I should have gone to my credit union instead of using my BofA account. I'll be switching soon after this!

  Convenient location, outside ATM and drive through ATM. Employees are nice and it's not usually busy.

  They lied straight to my face. My ATM card was worn after 5 years of use. I asked to have it replaced but specified that I did not want a new card if there would be a fee. They told me that it would be a $5.00 fee to to send me a new DEBIT card as a convenience fee. I said that I did not want a DEBIT card and that I wanted only an ATM card. I told them that I did not want to go through with it if there would be a fee. I was assured there would be no fee. They charged a fee. They are crooks and liars.
