  Each time I step in to Bank of America it’s one horrible experience. Stepping in to the bank to get a signature on a form shouldn’t be an all day event. They do everything possible to keep you away from entering bank branch. Time to explore other options for banking.

  It is always a great joy to come into this location. Simone, Debbie and Alex (I hope I have all of their names right) are fantastic and make you feel right at home. I really appreciate you all! Thank you for making what would otherwise be an uneventful errand super special.

  Debbie and Simone were super friendly and informative with helping me open a bank account. Hospitality service deserves the full 5/5! Thanks ladies :)

  Took almost 2 hours to notarize something, despite the fact that I was the only patron at the time. Super inefficient and unhelpful. And then at the end of the whole process, she couldn't get into her "notary account". So I had to wait for her to call someone to get that fixed. Would NOT recommend this branch to anyone.

  Bank of America should be ashamed to have a facility that looks the way this branch does. It is dirty and run down, I bet you branches in the surrounding counties don't look like this. I do not bank with them because by having this mess in our neighborhood they say they don't care about their customers. M&T is the best in the area.
