::Worst service ever! Came in today trying to obtain a letter stating that I have an account with Bank of America and this was not possible after making an appointment in waiting over a half an hour they could not assist. Before I made the appointment I made it clear what I needed and the man at the desk when you first walk in said it was fine. I'm very disappointed I have been a customer since 2002. Will definitely be searching for another entity to follow my services. Waste of time.
