  Bad/tragic/awe-full/dark-comedy sort of service. I wanted help with my business account. I spend 90+ minutes there. I could have a video call at the location, but there was somebody to help. Staff was available yet unfamiliar with finalizing the signing card for the business account. The second person made me feel bad by "teaching" me that this is a complicated procedure and it has to be done right (of course). I ended up leaving my address for them to forward the documents if they can ever figure out how this should be done. The whole ordeal took 90+ minutes. I was late for two meetings. After over one hour I brought my own laptop. The staff offered internet at that time. No facilities. The room was cold. At the end, I am not sure if the document was done right way. I also do not appreciate attitude of being condescending and patronizing by the staff. Disappointing service. I would expect some feedback how long this procedure can take or if they familiar with procedure at all. At the end of the day, staff from that location was calling BoA call center and getting instruction from them.

  We were a bit hesitant to go to this branch based on the review, but we went and we had a great experience today! We made an appointment for 10:30 and we were seen on-time. All of our tasks were handled quickly and efficiently. Shout out o Elena for taking suck good care of us!

  If I wanted to have a virtual chat I would have just done it at home. An all-virtual bank sounds cool until you need to speak with an actual physical human.
