  Got in and was able to access the ATM. The place was clean and not busy.

  Nobody at this BANK OF AMERICA speaks English,hire an English speaking associate I'm done dealing with unhelpful chinks and guks.....they're policies are inconsistent and they don't understand what jr or sr means in a name. The whole staff needs to go back to their countries of they can't help AMERICAN BORN customers at BANK OF AMERICA, I asked the manager a question and he stared at me with a blank face and didn't say a word, unacceptable for anyone working customer service to ignore a customers question or to not know enough English to answer, either way fire him, they're employees make mistakes and then when you go back to complain the manager asks you who helped you.....LIKE I CAN TELL ANY OF YOU APART. SOMEONE AT BOA CORPORATE PLEASE FIRE THE MANAGER OR HIRE ONE ENGLISH SPEAKING ASSOCIATE TO HELP YOUR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS and who understands American names because the current manager here does not
