Rude, worst customer service I've ever had. Would never go back. I've never submitted a review for anything before now. Scheduled an appointment for 6pm. Showed up at 5:50pm. Receptionist asks for my name. I give her my last name. She rudely says "you don't have an appointment". She asks for MY name and I said I just gave it to her. Then she makes me feel like I did something wrong by giving her my last name instead of my dogs name when she first asked. After finding my appointment she says "You we're supposed to be here at 5:30, it's almost 6. You're too late". I tell her I scheduled for 6pm and show her a confirmation email saying 6pm. She says "we called you yesterday and left a voice mail, you didn't listen to it". She tells me to sit and wait. I wait 10 minutes reviewing my call records, nothing. I show her my call log from yesterday with no call and explain to her I don't even have voice mail because I don't want people leaving messages with important information they can text or email to me. She says "well, that's why you don't know your appointment is for 5:30 because you don't have your voice mail set up" She tells me the doctor doesn't want to to waste my time and won't be able to see me today because she's booked. My time was already wasted leaving work early, driving through Atlanta traffic to get my dog and over to Banfield.

I took my cat there Monday because he hadn’t eaten for two days. I was administering fluids to him and told them his teeth were bothering him, that he had a cavity. After testing they said his blood was healthy but had a high white blood cell count which meant his liver was fighting an infection. I told them the infection had to be coming from his teeth and that I wanted to have a cleaning done that was covered by my plan. They refused and said he must be checked in for a few days to run tests. I told them I couldn’t afford 200$ a day to have him in there when I knew where the problem was coming from. They gave me antibiotics and prescribed Royal Canin recovery. Two days after administering both he passed away that Wednesday night.

Our cat has been going here for almost a year, they take wonderful care of her and the Pet Plan has given us a lot of peace of mind. Our appointments are always punctual and it is clear that the staff and the vets really care!

I have never experienced so much miscommunication before; between the client and staff and staff to staff. I took my pet in for a procedure and was never given a clear quote. By the end of the process, I was given four different prices by three different people. What I ended up paying was far more expensive than the original amount. I would not recommend going here.

I've loved taking my dogs to this location. They are both on a wellness plan and the doctors and vet techs have gotten to know me and my dogs and are always very helpful (PSA: the wellness plan really is worth it and I've saved many hundreds of dollars with it). One of my dogs had an undiagnosed issue that other veterinarians hadn't been able to figure out, and after discussing his issues with Dr. Moore just once she immediately thought she knew what the issue was, did some testing, and was right. Dr. Moore has always been really patient and willing to work with me and my budget, only recommending procedures that are really necessary and helping me to prioritize others for later as necessary. Dr. Lowe I've seen once and was a magic worker, managing to keep my dog distracted while giving a vaccine in a way that I've never seen before and that kept my dog calm. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the location seems to be always understaffed the waits are always long, and some of the front desk personnel aren't friendly (vet techs are though). However, the veterinarians and vet techs make up for it with their dog and people skills and their incredible technical expertise.
