  Terrible. AVOID GOING HERE. I went to get my fiance engagement ring polished and steam cleaned. Initially he said $40 and that it was the standard price everyone charges and I believed him. I talked him down to $35 and than he taxed the $35 on top of that so $38.11. I felt the price was too but needed the ring cleaned because Im getting married and had to get the ring cleaned for photos so I was suckered. Afterwards I went to the lower level to Constantine Fine Jewelry just to ask how much they would've charged me to steam clean a white gold engagement ring with Diamonds he said FREE!!!!! I was duped and suckered for $40 I'm not upset at the $40 but just the simple fact I could've gotten it cleaned for free. Avoid Bandstand. If I would've did my research first and asked around than I would've been fine it was my fault more than bandstand but if stores are offering free cleanings and you want to make an extra buck wouldn't you rather do the right thing to build on having a returned customer. Because from now on ill tell everyone I know to avoid Bandstand watches.

  My Rose gold Star of David necklace was stuck in the vacuum cleaner and ripped. My husband bought me a brand new one, a bigger one from Zales, the same store I bought the initial necklace. Main point is, I came to this store to sell my initial necklace. I knew I wouldn't receive a lot of money because it is 10k rose gold and it cost $250 in Zales. First the man looked at it, checked to make sure it is real gold, and gave me a price, I told him I would be right back. When I came back, not even 5 minutes later, he checked it all over again and tells me that when he scratches the gold it comes off as a funny color , where i proceed to tell him that it is rose gold that's why it has that tint. He tells me he cannot buy it. Also, I made a mistake and said I bought it at Kay jewelers but it was bought at ZAles and then I corrected myself but he was already looking at me oddly. They are very unprofessional. Neither one of the men behind the counter greeted me when I walked in either. If they were legitimate jewlers they would clearly see that the Star of David is 10k rose gold, with champagne diamond and white diamonds. I went to a different store and easily sold the necklace and the people were amazing and friendly. Do not shop at Band stand, no wonder they are almost always Empty. Terrible rude people and inexperienced jewlers (if that's what you want to call them)
